Designwerk Technologies AG is a leading developer and supplier of electric trucks, mobile DC chargers, and high performance batteries. Volvo Autonomous Solutions AB, a company within the Volvo group and subsidiary of Aktiebolaget Volvo (listed on Stockholm Stock Exchange), acquired a stake of 60% of Designwerk Technologies AG from its founders. The investment will support the Volvo Group transition towards climate neutral transport solutions across all segments.
