Pestalozzi advises Zürcher Kantonalbank and Swisscanto on investment fund restructurings
Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) is a leading universal bank, and one of the three biggest Swiss banks. Swisscanto is the investment fund products, pension products and asset management arm of ZKB . Pestalozzi acted as lead counsel in this multi-jurisdictional engagement and advised on transaction taxes in the context of a number of restructurings of investment fund investments involving institutional investors. ZKB is the custodian bank and Swisscanto is the fund management company of the funds concerned.
