Pestalozzi represented a Swiss bank in several legal proceedings following alleged frauds committed by an ex-client of the Bank and initiated following SEC and FBI investigations. This included criminal and civil proceedings and proceedings by the bank against a former employee. Pestalozzi managed to clear the name of the Bank and win in all these proceedings.
