Pestalozzi advises Rubis on the EUR 50 million multi-jurisdictional acquisition of the liquid petroleum business of the Shell group
Rubis is acquiring the Shell's LPG distribution operations in six countries (Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Spain and Switzerland). This geographical area represents EUR 180 million of sales-turnover and volumes of 250 000 tons, doubling Rubis' position in LPG distribution. In Switzerland and in Romania, Rubis becomes the leading operator. Pestalozzi assisted Rubis with the Swiss due diligence for the acquisition.
