Pestalozzi advises Ringier on its joint venture with Eventim
Ringier AG, the biggest Media company in Switzerland set up a joint venture with CTS Eventim, under which all ticketing activities will be bundled. The collaboration with Europe's biggest ticketing provider CTS Eventim supports Ringier's strategy of expansion of its commitments in the field of entertainment. The total turnover of the target is CHF 35 million. Pestalozzi acted as counsel to Ringier.
