Pestalozzi advises Ringier on a EUR 40 million asset deal to sell its TV programming guides to Axel Springer
The media company Ringier sold all its Swiss TV programming guides ("Cash", "Tele", "Tele2", "Tele4") to the Axel Springer publishing house in Germany. The total turnover of the assets sold was of EUR 47 million, and the agreed transaction price was of EUR 40 million. Pestalozzi acted as counsel to Ringier.
