Pestalozzi advises Outotec on the public procurement procedure regarding the largest and most advanced sewage sludge thermal treatment plant in Switzerland
Outotec will build the largest and most advanced sewage sludge thermal treatment plant in Switzerland. The Finland based Outotec is a worldwide technology leader in minerals and metals processing. After the successful completion of the public procurement procedure, Outotec signed the contract with the City of Zurich (represented by ERZ, Entsorgung und Recycling Zurich) on the design and turnkey delivery of the new sewage sludge thermal treatment plant for the Werdhölzli facility.
Pestalozzi advised Outotec in submitting its offer and in the legal proceedings concerning a competitor's appeal against the award of the project to Outotec.
