Mission Point Capital Partners (MPCP) is a US Private Equity Fund. MTS Machinery Tools & Services AG (MTS) is a gas turbine blade manufacturer based in Switzerland. Pestalozzi advised MTS on a corporate restructuring, spinning-off its optimization business and turbine business into a newly formed entity called Advanced Aerofoil Technologies AG (AAT) and on the EUR 17 million private equity investment by MPCP into AAT. Pestalozzi advised MTS on all aspects of the corporate restructuring and the joint venture with and equity investment by MPCP, including corporate, financing, IP and tax matters.
