Auris Medical Holding AG, a Swiss clinical-stage company listed at NASDAQ (EARS) and dedicated to developing therapeutics that address important unmet medical needs in otolaryngology, closed a public offering of 12,499,999 common shares and warrants entitling the holders to purchase 7,499,999 common shares.
