Johnson & Johnson sold its bar and soaps and other consumer health care businesses (PERSAVON and other soaps and skin care products) to Gruppo Desa Srl. and Alliance SAS by way of an asset deal. Pestalozzi acted as counsel to Johnson & Johnson through its subsidiary Cilag GmbH International, in connection with the private takeover by Gruppo Desa and Alliance.
