Pestalozzi advised institutional investors on a Convertible Notes Subscription Agreement with WISeKey International
On 23 October 2024, WISeKey International Holding Ltd., a global leader in cybersecurity, digital identity and Internet of Things (IoT) innovations, entered into several Convertible Notes Subscription Agreements of up to $30 Million via private placement with a select group of institutional investors. The convertible notes under the agreements are convertible into WISeKey Class B Shares at any time as elected by the Investors.
Pestalozzi advised the global institutional investors on all legal aspects of the transaction.
