Pestalozzi advises Mason Group on the cross-border purchase of Raiffeisen Privatbank Liechtenstein from Walser Privatbank
Mason Group Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed wealth solutions services provider, purchases all shares in Raiffeisen Privatbank Liechtenstein AG from Austria-incorporated Walser Privatbank Aktiengesellschaft and Raiffeisenbank Kleinwalsertal Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH. The purchase price amounts to CHF 58.6 million, subject to adjustments. The transaction is subject to certain approvals (incl. approval by the Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (clearance of shareholder circular)). Pestalozzi acted as legal advisor to Mason Group in this transaction.
