Pestalozzi advises Groupon in its data center agreement with Green Datacenter AG
Groupon and Green Datacenter AG concluded in the first quarter of this year a data center services agreement. Green Datacenter AG will not only provide space in its specialized data center, but also render the necessary services in this context. Pestalozzi advised Groupon in the negotiations of the relevant contracts.
