Pestalozzi advises Glencore on its EUR 1.25 billion and GBP 300 million notes issuance
Glencore Finance (Europe) S.A. issued and Glencore International AG guaranteed notes in the amount of EUR 1.25 billion and GBP 300 million under the USD 12 billion Euro Medium Term Note Program. The notes are listed at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Pestalozzi advised on Swiss law aspects of the note issue.
