Pestalozzi advised G+D Netcetera on divestment of its Smart Mobility business to BLT Baselland Transport

On 31 March 2026, G+D Netcetera, a Giesecke+Devrient group company, has completed the divestment of its Smart Mobility business to BLT Baselland Transport AG.

The integration of the Smart Mobility business into BLT will enable the corporate mobility and data-driven mobility services sectors, in particular, to benefit from combined expertise and technologies as well as more efficient development and operational structure. The employees and existing customer relationships in Switzerland will be fully transferred to BLT.
