Pestalozzi advises Folli Follie Group in its sale of 49% of its Hellenic travel retail business to Dufry
The Greek Folli Follie Group sold the remaining 49% equity stake in its Hellenic travel retail business (leading travel retailer in Greece) to Dufry AG against a combination of cash and Dufry shares, the consideration shares were to be issued and listed on SIX Swiss Stock Exchange. Pestalozzi advised the Folli Follie Group on all Swiss law aspects.
