Pestalozzi advises Domino's Pizza Switzerland on its sale of the Swiss pizza delivery business to LSE listed Domino's Pizza Group plc
Domino's Pizza Switzerland AG agreed to sell its pizza delivery business operated in Switzerland to Domino's Pizza Group plc, the leading pizza delivery company with stores in the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Germany. In connection with the transaction, Domino's Pizza Switzerland AG was renamed into Branded Foods AG. Pestalozzi advised Domino's Pizza Switzerland AG as Swiss counsel in this transaction, together with Mishcon de Reya acting as UK counsel.
