Pestalozzi advises Credit Suisse and other banks in the EUR 1.6 billion bank and capital market financing of Apax Partners' acquisition of Orange Switzerland from France Telecom
Credit Suisse (Europe) Ltd. and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch acted as coordinators and Citibank, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS as bookrunners on the EUR 1.6 billion bank and bond financing of Apax Partners' acquisition of Orange Switzerland from France Telecom. Pestalozzi advised the syndicate in respect of the transaction and the issue by Orange Switzerland of a three-tranche dual-currency bond package of CHF 910 million.
