Pestalozzi advises Bank of America on the application for a banking licence
Pestalozzi advised Bank of America on the application for a Swiss banking license for two new Swiss branches for the global treasury solutions business in Switzerland. The work involves the structuring of the new set-up of such branch to bring the bank's needs in line with Swiss regulatory requirements, as well as corporate and tax work.
