Pestalozzi advised Atomico as Lead Investor in USD 20 million Series A Round

Atomico led the USD 20 million Series A funding round of Lakera AI AG, with participation from Citi Ventures, Dropbox Ventures, and existing investors including redalpine as well as other investors.
Lakera is the world’s leading real-time GenAI security company and with the investment Lakera will continue to build real time and out-of-the-box AI protection.

Pestalozzi advised Atomico on the Swiss legal aspects of the investment.
