Pestalozzi advises Advanced Aerofoil Technologies AG on various equity and convertible loan investments by its shareholders
Advanced Aerofoil Technologies AG (AAT) is a gas turbine blade manufacturer based in Switzerland and also having operations in Germany. Mission Point Capital Partners, a US investment fund, and a private individual/founder were shareholders of AAT. After its incorporation in 2007, the company received funding from its shareholders in a series of equity and convertible loan financings in the course of 2008 and 2009. Pestalozzi advised AAT on these financing transactions.
