Pestalozzi advises Aberdeen Asset Management on the GBP 250 million acquisition of parts of the Global Investor business of Credit Suisse
Credit Suisse sold part of its fund and asset management business to British wealth manager Aberdeen Asset Management against a 24.97% stockholding in Aberdeen Asset Management. The acquisition of shares and assets includes a large bulk of the Global Investor business of Credit Suisse in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia. The total value of the transaction is GBP 250 million. Pestalozzi acted as Swiss counsel to Aberdeen Asset Management.
