Pestalozzi advises Rank Group Holdings Ltd. on the CHF 2300 million public takeover bid for SIG Holding AG
In September 2006 Romanshorn SA announced its intention to offer to acquire all shares of SIG Holding AG. In December 2006 Rank launched a competing bid for SIG, which was accepted by the shareholders of SIG in May 2007. Pestalozzi acted as counsel for the Rank Group.
