Pestalozzi advises Credit Suisse as underwriter in the IPO of Uster Technologies AG on SWX Swiss Exchange
In October 2007 Uster was listed at the SWX in order to raise additional capital to repay debts and to permit some of its shareholders to exit. Pestalozzi advised Credit Suisse that acted as lead underwriter to the equity offering.
