Pestalozzi advises CBH on its acquisition of the international wealth management business of FIBI Bank (Switzerland) Ltd
CBH Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique SA acquires the international wealth management business of FIBI Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017. Pestalozzi acted for CBH for all legal aspects of the transaction.
