Lorena Caredda attends to corporate issues such as the incorporation and administration of business entities, capital increases, liquidations, as well as all other matters concerning the public commercial register.

During her law studies, Lorena Caredda gained valuable experience as a legal assistant in various law firms. This broad and practical experience eventually led her to Pestalozzi in 2021, where she is continuing her professional career.

This year, she successfully completed her Master's degree at the University of Bern. In parallel with her academic studies, she is part of the paralegal team until the end of her education. Soon, she is set to begin her legal career with practical training at the Zurich judiciary.
