Lorena Caredda attends to corporate issues such as the incorporation and administration of business entities, capital increases, liquidations, as well as all other matters concerning the public commercial register.

During her law studies, Lorena Caredda gained valuable experience as a legal assistant in various law firms. This broad and practical experience eventually led her to Pestalozzi in 2021, where she is continuing her professional career.

In 2022, she graduated from the University of Lucerne with the Bachelor of Law (BLaw). Currently, she is writing her master thesis in criminal law and joined the paralegal team until the end of her academic education.
