Pestalozzi partners (re-)appointed as members of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris

Pestalozzi is delighted to announce that our partner Dr. Laurent Killias has been appointed to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris as new member for Switzerland. Laurent Killias is head of the Arbitration group in Zurich.

We are also pleased to announce that our partner Tanja Planinic has been re-appointed to the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC for a second term as member for Montenegro.

Tanja Planinic and Laurent Killias are experienced arbitration practitioners. They both act as counsel in complex commercial disputes and are regularly appointed as arbitrators.
