Remo Keller is joining Pestalozzi’s Tax practice group in Zurich. With extensive experience in tax consulting and tax administration, he is delivering strategic advice on corporate tax planning, restructuring and M&A transactions. Remo’s comprehensive expertise ensures tailored and effective solutions, addressing both the practical and regulatory aspects of taxation.
About Jean-Baptiste Lhôte
Jean-Baptiste Lhôte has been promoted to Counsel in Geneva. A key member of Pestalozzi’s Corporate/M&A and Financial Services practice groups, Jean-Baptiste specializes in M&A transactions and advises on complex cross-border financings. His analytical skills and innovative strategies have been instrumental in supporting our clients’ success.
