Commitment for equal opportunities
Pestalozzi commits to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. On September 11, Managing Partner Urs Kloeti participated at the CEO Breakfast hosted by Advance. Together with 30 CEOs of leading corporations in Switzerland, he committed for equal opportunities:

- We demand diverse promotion/hiring slates at all levels
- We commit to setting gender goals and measuring progress
- We will follow-up on progress at next year's CEO breakfast (2021)
