BREXIT – Implications for business between Swiss and UK companies – Selected Swiss law related aspects

This Legal Update provides an overview of selected Brexit implications for the business between Swiss and UK companies from a Swiss law perspective. In particular, it addresses the question whether existing Swiss law contracts are affected or need to be amended and whether new contracts should provide for specific provisions addressing Brexit. The focus of this Legal Update is on aspects related to M&A, joint venture and capital market transactions as well as contract and dispute resolution. It also highlights tax aspects.
