Andrea Huber appointed Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Banking Regulation Subcommittee

Pestalozzi is pleased to announce that Andrea Huber has been appointed Co-Chair of the IBA's Banking Regulation Subcommittee for the 2025-2026 period, effective as of 1 January 2025. 

The Banking & Financial Law Committee provides a worldwide forum for banking lawyers and other legal professionals within the banking community to address all sorts of practical and legal issues arising in commercial and regulatory activities in this context. The Committee has held one of the IBA’s most popular and well established events, the International Financial Law Conference, every year since 1984. Learn more here.

Andrea Huber is a Partner and member of Pestalozzi’s Financial Services Group specialising in banking and regulatory matters, asset management/investment funds, fintech, insurance, internal and regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings and white-collar crime. She regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, the SIX Swiss Exchange and the CDB Supervisory Board (VSB Aufsichtskommission).
