M&A Disputes in Practice - "Integrationsseminar" Law & Economics, HSG
Irene Röthlisberger and Florian Mohs co-taught a seminar on "M&A Disputes" in the law & economics curriculum at the University of St. Gallen. After teaching the basics on potential disputes that may arise over the lifecycle of a transaction, they led a workshop focusing on practical aspects in two hypothetical disputes concerning earn-out and a breach of reps and warranties.
