Overview of the Ordinance against Excessive Compensation in Listed Stock Corporations (OaEC)
In three columns, the synopsis shows the status of the OaEC as of January 1, 2014, the status of the corresponding provisions in the corporate law after the full entry into force of the Corporate Law Reform 2020 and all changes between the first two columns in redline format.
