Pestalozzi advises Vasantha Group on acquisition of Muller Technology Group

On 23 March 2026, it has been announced that Vasantha Group, a global leader in high-quality precision injection mold and automation manufacturing, has acquired Muller Technology Group, a Swiss precision mold design and automation specialist with more than 60 years of experience in In-Mold Labelling automation (IML), thin-wall packaging, precision mold design, and fully integrated automation lines. Muller Technology operates facilities in Conthey, Switzerland, and Loveland, Colorado, USA.

This acquisition brings together two highly complementary businesses. Muller Technology adds thin-wall packaging molds, dedicated IML automation - IML robots, high-speed takeout systems, stackers, case packers, palletizers, AMRs, and vision inspection systems - to Vasantha Group's existing strengths in high-cavitation injection molds, assembly, and testing automation.

Pestalozzi advised Vasantha Group on matters of Swiss law relating to this acquisition, alongside Saxinger Rechtsanwalts GmbH.
