Pestalozzi advises Swegon AB in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Barcol-Air Group
Barcol-Air Group AG and its subsidiaries in Switzerland, Germany, France, Italia and the USA are leading developers and suppliers of solutions for building climate control and cooling ceilings in particular. Swegon AB, subsidiary of Investment AB Latour (listed on the Stockholm stock exchange), a leading developer and manufacturer of products and solutions for ventilation and indoor climate systems, acquired 100% of the shares in Barcol-Air Group AG from its current shareholder Meier Capital AG.
Pestalozzi advised Swegon AB on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
