Pestalozzi advises Noble Corporation on its EUR 7 billion company migration from the Cayman Islands to Switzerland
In December 2009 Noble Corporation announced its plans to reincorporate in Switzerland, following other oil industry firms, who also had announced their intentions to reincorporate in Switzerland. Motivation for the change was Switzerland's stable commercial and financial environment and its well-established tax regime. The move was completed in August 2009. Pestalozzi acted as Swiss law advisor to Noble Corporation.
