DEPAC Anstalt and it's subsidiary INOXA GmbH are leading mechanical seal producers. Densiq AB, a company within the Investment AB Latour group, driving prosperity through engineered sealing products, acquired 100% of DEPAC Anstalt from its current stakeholders.
Pestalozzi advised Densiq AB on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
