CBH Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique SA acquired the Eastern Europe private banking client portfolio and team of Schroder & Co Bank AG. The completion of the transaction took place in the last quarter of 2018. Pestalozzi acted for CBH on all legal aspects of the transaction.
