Pestalozzi advises A&E Investment LLC in connection with Series A financing round of Corintis

On 25 September 2025, it has been announced that Corintis SA, a spin-off from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), has completed a USD 24 million Series A financing round for scaling its innovative cooling technology. The company specializes in advanced liquid cooling solutions for semiconductors, aiming to address the growing challenge of heat management in high-performance chips. Corintis has been named as the Top100 Swiss Startup in 2025. The financing round was led by BlueYard Capital and comprised other investors, including Founderful, Acequia Capital, Celsius Industries, XTX Ventures and A&E Investment LLC. In addition, Lip-Bu Tan, CEO of Intel Corporation, Chairman of Walden International and Founding Managing Partner of Walden Catalyst Ventures, has joined the board of directors of Corintis.
