Pestalozzi advised the seller on the sale of shares in Hydroplant to Rentokil Initial Group.

Hydroplant is a specialized provider of custom interior and exterior greening solutions, designing and implementing vertical and horizontal vegetation structures, building greening systems, and plant containers, with extensive expertise and a strong sense for design and architecture.

The transaction was successfully completed on 31 March 2026.
