Pestalozzi advised Tata Communications on re-domiciliation from Bermuda to Switzerland

TC Networks Switzerland SA (formerly Tata Communications (Bermuda) Ltd) is a wholly owned, indirect subsidary of Tata Communications Ltd (NSE: TATACOMM) global communications technology (commtech) player and part of the Tata Group. The company transferred its registered office without liquidation and in accordance with art. 161 et seq. Swiss Private International Law from Bermuda to the Canton of Jura, Switzerland. The re-domiciliation became effective in March 2024.

Pestalozzi advised the Tata Group on all Swiss law aspects of the re-domiciliation.
