Pestalozzi advises Swiss Life on the EUR 1535 million sale of its business in the Netherlands and Belgium to SNS REAAL
Swiss Life Holding sold its Dutch and Belgian businesses to SNS REAAL N.V., a leading provider of financial services in the Netherlands, for the amount of EUR 1535 million. The transaction includes Zwitserleven, Swiss Life Asset Management (Nederland) und Swiss Life (Belgium). Pestalozzi advised Swiss Life on the Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
