Pestalozzi advises Swiss Life on the CHF 1850 million sale of Banca del Gottardo to BSI
Swiss Life Holding announced in November 2007 the sale of Banca del Gottardo to BSI AG, a Swiss subsidiary of Italy based financial services group Generali, for the total amount of CHF 1850 million. Pestalozzi was advisor to Swiss Life on the transaction.
