Pestalozzi advised the owners of ophthalmology clinics in their combination with the Gutblick group

The eye clinics in Wettingen, Baden and Etzelmatt under the direction of PD Dr. med. Martina Knecht-Bösch and PD Dr. med. Pascal Knecht-Bösch are joining forces with the Gutblick Group. From January 2026, Pascal Knecht-Bösch will take over the overall operational management as clinic director/CEO. Martina Knecht-Bösch will be appointed as Co-CMO. Together, the group combines 15 locations, a service center, around 50 doctors and 240 employees in the medical and administrative fields, supplemented by the Ophthalmo Connect network. This merger of the two successful eye clinic groups will further advance and shape ophthalmology in Switzerland in the clinical, educational and academic fields.

Pestalozzi advised the owners of the eye clinics Wettingen, Baden and Etzelmatt on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
