Pestalozzi advises Ringier on its strategic partnership with Schweizerische Mobiliar regarding Scout24 Schweiz
Ringier and Mobiliar have agreed a strategic partnership whereby Mobiliar will become the new joint shareholder in Scout24 Schweiz, the leading Swiss network of online marketplaces for motor vehicles, real estate and general classifieds. Mobiliar agreed to acquire a fifty per cent stake in Scout24 Schweiz, previously held by KKR and other shareholders. Pestalozzi advised Ringier on all legal aspects of the transaction.
