Pestalozzi advises Ringier on the acquisition of a majority stake in Radio BE1
In November 2007 the Zurich based media company Ringier took over the local radio station BE1 from Freie Presse Holding. It acquired Freie Presse Holding's stake of 80,66% shares of Radig AG, the company operating the radio station. Pestalozzi advised Ringier on the transaction.
