Pestalozzi advises Reynolds group including Swiss based SIG Combibloc Group AG on its USD 650 million notes issuance
The Reynolds group with revenue of USD 2.1 billion in 2012 issued high yield bonds in the amount of USD 650 millions to refinance existing indebtedness of and for general corporate purposes within the Reynolds group. Pestalozzi advised the Reynolds Group in respect of all Swiss law aspects of this cross-border transaction.
