Pestalozzi advises Reynolds group including Swiss based SIG Combibloc Group AG on its USD 3.25 billion notes issuance
The Reynolds Group issued secured high yield bonds in the amount of USD 3.25 billion to refinance existing indebtedness of and for general corporate purposes. Pestalozzi advised Swiss entities of the Reynolds Group on the transaction.
