Pestalozzi advised private investors in the sale of the Ferrohaus Zurich, also known as the "Pyramide am See" to a new investor. Designed by the renowned Swiss architect Justus Dahinden, the landmark building on the lake of Zurich was built in 1970. Today the Ferrohaus is used by a private hospital.
